MAIN ROLES:
Define, implement and sustain the processes for Product qualification with Requirements from Industrial standards, Regulatory standards, Customer and internal standards.

Specific roles:

 Define product requirements for product qualification.
 Management of product qualification requirement like regulatory requirement, industrial requirement, customer
requirement and internal requirement.
 Process management of product qualification by documentation
 Verification & Filing the qualification data
 Co-work with the teams for qualification scheduling and reliability testing.
 Review new material specification & reliability for product qualification.
 Approval of product qualification as a representative of product Quality assurance manager.
 Review PCN( Product change notice ) & approval.
 Lead reliability lab team to test the correct reliability test by qualification requirement.
 Manage Failure analysis lab with F/A lab manager
 Manage product engineering team, reliability lab, failure analysis lab as QE team manager.
 Planning and performing of reliability monitoring for the running products.
 Development product qualification for new requirement from various sources.
 Outsource lab development and manage for product reliability testing & F/A

MINIMUM REQUESTS:
 Education: Electronics Engineering or equivalent level. Specialization in Semiconductors will be highly recommended.
 Experience: 3 years in Package Qualification or Equivalent experience in Semiconductor packaging industries.
 Knowledgeable about the reliability standard like JEDEC, MIL , AEC specification etc..
 Preferred
o Quality management system
o 6 Sigma black belt, SPC
o Reliability testing
o Package QC Operation
 Desirable background on Failure Analysis and knowledge on Electrical Capabilities.
 MS-Office user.
 Language: Fluent in English
 Personal style: Teamwork approach, cross function work, self-starter, multi-tasking,
