JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Security Engineer is an individual contributor who will participate in all aspects of information systems and network security including intrusion detection, incident response, vulnerability assessment, application security and compliance with the corporate information security policy. This person will primarily be responsible for implementing, operating and improving security technologies including DLP, Antivirus, IPS/IDS, End Point Protection, Database Activity Monitoring, Web Application Firewall and processes. This position reports to the Information Security Operations Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities of the Security Engineer will be to monitor our networks and infrastructure environment for attacks, malicious software and possible intrusions, which includes the remediation of infected systems.
Security Operations is a 24 hour / 7 day per week responsibility and the Senior Security Engineer will also be required to be on-call (after hours) per the established rotational schedule.
Monitor our end-point devices to ensure compliance with our corporate security policy.
Participate in Incident Response activities
Assist in periodic or ad-hoc production of security reports that provide relevant situational awareness to our senior stakeholders.
Assists in the coordination and completion of information security operations documentation.
Stay abreast of industry best practices in information security.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EDUCATION:

Bachelors’ Degree or 3-5 years of specific experience delivering information security operations support with a minimum of 8 years of IT experience.
Information security/assurance certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GPEN, CEH are preferred.

Possess strong troubleshooting skills specific to information security with the ability to effectively work in cross functional teams as needed to resolve issues.
Experience operating, implementing, maintaining and optimizing market leading network and information security system solutions and products.
Experience in Web Application Security.
This candidate must have strong problem solving and communication skills as well as a familiarity with the types of security process and technologies.

Preferred Bilingual ( Korean and English )
preferred Oracle,Java , SAP ERP system Experience.
