Assist SCM Coordinator for overall supply chain management operations, including; logistics, order process, inventory and customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:• Logistics
– Manage a delivery of products to customers. This includes finding the best shipping methods and scheduling shipments of product.
– Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products.• Order process
– Receiving orders and input into the system and print all the ordered list.
– Make picking plan and picking list.• Inventory
– Reconcile the physical inventory records with system.
– Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment• Customer service
– Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
– Handle and resolve customer complaints.QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experiences are required
• Communication Skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Negotiation Skills with Vendors
• Ability and know how to deal with high stress communication
• Teamwork oriented
• Problem Solving skills
• “Watch and Learn” skills
• Attention to detail
• Freezer Friendly
• Moderate Computer Skills including Excel, Outlook
