Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Livermore, CA
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Objective: LG Hausys America, Inc. a subsidiary of LG Hausys Ltd in South Korea is looking for a Logistics Coordinator at our CA Warehouse in Livermore, CA. Role Description and Responsibilities:
• Enter data for inbound/outbound shipments/locations into WMS.
• Process WMS and GVM and monitor completion of all RO and shipments.
• Check and communicate material lot numbers.
• Receive release orders from CSR and collaborate with operators for shipping preparation.
• Consolidate release orders to produce shipments in accordance to customer and delivery date in GVM.
• Cancel shipments and reconsolidate release order as necessary.
• Post and update goods issued into WMS system.
• Adjust, check, and report daily inventory control.
• Manage material shipments by communicating with customer service, sales, and logistics departments.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Complete direct assignments issued by the logistics and warehouse operations manager.
• Communicate with sales, logistic team, and transportation parties to solve any irregular issues. BOL data entry.
• Freight inquiry and tracking.
• Preparing cost saving comparison charts and tables.
• Management of drive logs and truck purchases.
• Validating and managing Driver physical assessments.
• Validating and managing truck tags.
• Certifying truck insurance.
• Collaborate with HQ Accounting for any outstanding invoices.
• Entering and maintaining shipping data.
• Other duties as assigned.Education and Work Experience:
• High school Diploma or G.E.D
• At least 2 years minimum experience in Warehouse / Logistics
• Other relevant experience will be consideredKnowledge and Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP system is preferred
• Must be detail oriented, and organized, ability to multi-task, and good judgment.
