Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Location: Livermore, CA

Reports to: Sr. Logistics Manager

Objective: LG Hausys America, Inc. a subsidiary of LG Hausys Ltd in South Korea is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at our CA Warehouse in Livermore, CA. Role Description and Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse relations and employees.
• Manage all invoices (accounts receivable and payable).
• Maintain inventory as well as pallet return program.
• Assign daily truck routes and freight transportation.
• Purchase warehouse packing supplies.
• Communicate and report all warehouse activities with headquarters.
• Provide training for accident prevention.
• Monitor expenses and warehouse purchases.
• Implement cost saving methods.
• Supervise warehouse staff and driver.
• Review and oversee all warehouse activities and work.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Communicate efficiently and constantly with CSR, logistics, sales, and corporate office.
• Ensure that daily orders, shipments, and receiving shipments are accurate, processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Education and Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience in WH supervising, shipping and receiving
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks
• MS Office skills, and ability to learn new systems (WMS, GVM, TMS)
• Computer literate
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Knowledge of warehouse environment

Salary Range:

• Negotiable/Based on qualification and work experience.
