Position Classification: Bilingual Korean Administrative Assistant
Department: Administrative
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Location: South Hill, VA
Position Overview

Bilingual Korean Administrative Assistant will perform technical duties in multiple administrative functional areas and provide and interpret technical information. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English are required.

Responsibilities:
*Assist the Director of Strategy/Planning with various duties related to, but not limited to:
* Audits
* Inventory check and control
* Reporting and communication with headquarter regarding sales, production, quality, delivery, inventory, customer information and other issues that arise in business operations
* Monthly end closing
* Business plan preparation

Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
* Punctuality and commitment to be a team player
* Strong follow up skills
* Self-Starter
