Job Title: Graphic Designer (Entry-Level)
Location: Brea, CA
Status: Full Time/Hourly

General Summary:
At OBLIQ, we strive to push the boundaries of everyday design and technology. We provide smartphone cases that are designed and manufactured with a mind-set to maintain the highest quality. The Graphic Designer will be working with fellow designers to complete projects from basic concepts to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Design of original graphic prints and patterns.
– Design templates, banners, and thumbs for online advertising and social media platforms.
– Create templates for web page updates.
– Image editing for print and web.
– Create planograms, presentations, in-store display, and packaging for advertisement.
– Heavy production work along with creative design.

Required Qualifications:
– This potion requires full-time hours IN office. Remote work is not an option.
– Must send PDF document past work samples and / or link to an online portfolio.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Industrial Design.
– Proficient in Adobe

Creative Suite CS5 or higher: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
– Ability to pay attention to detail.
– Team player with limited supervision.
– Exceptional communication, organizational, and planning skills.
– Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
– Bilingual in Korean

Recommended:
– Must be bilingual in Korean and English.
– Experience with packaging design is a plus.
– HTML and CSS Basic web knowledge is a plus.
– Knowledge in digital media and current design trends is a plus.
– Working knowledge of Photography in lifestyle shoots.
