    SUMMARY
    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day stewardship of the brand including all aspects of marketing, planning and implementation to drive brand growth and build brand value.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

    Strategic Planning & Analysis:
    Build up the Franchise Marketing for Bakery Brand.
    Define priority business segments, item segmentation/consolidation, brand architecture, and brand essence development/positioning

    Innovation:
    Identify gaps, uncover consumer insights for new growth
    Lead close-in new product development and work with R&D in identifying breakout innovation opportunities
    Develop, Implement, Deliver and measure the results of the initiatives that drive brand growth and deliver profit commitments

    Business Management:
    Deliver the annual volume, share and financial objectives agreed by the business
    Develop and deliver the activity set for the year
    Manage marketing budget and initiatives
    Serve as the primary contact on the Marketing team for developing and agreeing demand plans with supply and sales
    Presenting plans to key stakeholders, CEO, and SC.

    Key Experiences
    3 – 5 years franchise marketing experiences
    Accelerant communication skills with Franchise store
    Preferably 2+ years in Assistant/Associate Brand Manager role
    Contributed to or led the development of Franchise Marketing and Communication plans for brands
    Demonstrated success implementing, monitoring, measuring and course correcting brand initiatives

    Specific Skills & Proficiencies:
    Hands on knowledge and experience of and with consumer data
    Excel, Powerpoint, Word

    Desired Education
    4-Year college degree
    MBA preferred
