uJoynus is seeking a Bilingual Korean Quality Control Senior Specialist to Manager to join a tier one Hyundai/KIA supplier who specializes in automotive floor carpet. The company has a production network of over 50 bases from Asia, America and Europe, and its customer focused mindset ensures the utmost quality of products.

*Responsibilities *
* Assist in the management and implementation of quality assurance/quality control policies in line with company guidelines and with regulatory and industry standards
* Assist in overseeing, directing, and maintaining all aspects of the quality system
* Provide instruction, guidance, and support to quality control personnel
* Direct training of quality department personnel to develop teamwork and problem solving skills
* Maintain tracking and reporting systems for plant performance and customer satisfaction
* Support compliance with customer requirements including acting as liaison with vendors to meet customer requirements
* Assist with handling complaint resolutions through various root cause analysis methods

Requirements
* Bilingual in Korean and English
* 3-5 years of experience in a quality management or supervisory role within the automotive industry
* Thorough working knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, TS16949
* ISO elements knowledge & internal auditing skills
* Experience interacting with customers and suppliers
* Strong analytical skills and communication skills
