Dongwon Autopart Technology is located in Hogansville, GA and is recognized as a leading supplier to one of the top sellers in the automotive industry.

The Human Resources Specialist is an active member of the HR team. This bi-lingual specialist will serve as liaison and provide translation for Korean and English speaking employees.

Essential Funtions:
This is a cross-functional role that will allow someone to grow and contribute in multiple areas of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

– Recruitment, schedule phone and onsite interviews
– Assist in sourcing candidates utilizing standard and creative resources.
– Coordinate new hire orientation and on-boarding process
– Assist with data management in HRIS, and payroll administration.
– Assist in workers’ compensation and leave of absence administration,
– Review and make recommendations for procedures and policy updates.
– Active involvement in Employee Relations activities; recognition programs
– Participate as needed in special projects
– All other duties as assigned.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE:

– 1+ years human resources or customer service experience
– Basic Knowledge of employment practices, state and federal employment laws.
– Strong knowledge of HR standards and policies.
– Basic understanding of unemployment process and guidelines.
– Must speak, read and write Korean and English
– 1+ years with experience with Microsoft office, word, excel and power point.
