uJoynus is seeking a Purchasing/Materials Specialist for a Tier 1 KIA/Hyundai parts supplier specializing in automobile interior systems. The company is recognized for its high quality products and advanced technology and continuously strives to secure its competitiveness through technological innovation.

Position Overview
Responsible for assisting with commercial terms and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Identify potential sources for materials needed for production
• Manage quotations, negotiate and award long term contracts
• Assist with supplier relationship, including contract maintenance
• Handle ordering needs for various parts and supplies needed for production
• Regularly review and analyze just-in-time (JIT) customer orders
• Responsible for inventory tracking/analysis
• Monitor and track material inventories, production progress, and other factors that affect production
• Prepare all required reports, paperwork, and correspondence

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related filed
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing/materials control (preferably in automotive industry)
• Strong working knowledge of SAP system and/or MS Office programs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build vendor relationships
