    Our client company located in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an experienced full time HR Coordinator.

    Job Title: HR Coordinator
    Job Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
    Salary: $50k-55K

    This is a full time position with benefits.

    The Human Resources Coordinator will be the main point of contact for all HR matters at this location. The qualified candidates will have a varied range of Human Resources experience including: employee relations, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, manage FMLA, tracking PTO balances, employee coaching, unemployment and worker’s compensation.

    Other responsibilities include:

    – Posting jobs and interviewing qualified employees
    – Extending job offers
    – Attending unemployment compensation hearings
    – Tracking attendance for employees
    – Working with staffing agencies to hire employees
    – Administrative duties

    Job Requirements

    The Human Resources Coordinator MUST meet the following criteria:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years’ HR Coordinator/Generalist experience required with a broad understanding of the HR
    discipline, including but not limited to: employee relations, recruiting, compensation, performance eval‍‍uations, training
    and development and policy/procedure interpretation and recognition.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in and promote a positive culture that is collaborative, service-oriented, and consultative.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong planning, organizational skills, multi-tasking and analytical thinking skills.
    • Ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Ability to work consistently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, and to follow through on all activities to en
    sure highest quality of HR services.
    • Demonstrated ability to make sound, independent decisions.
    • Ability to work professionally and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
    • PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
