We are currently hiring for the following position:

Store Design Assistant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
– Manages the production of construction documents and schedules.
– Order supplies, equipment and furniture.
– Responsible for the integrity and quality of the construction documents inclusive of design intent, detailing, code requirements, scheduling and MEPs.
– Participates in the architectural design process by reviewing and analyzing project documentation.
– Sets schedules with alignment from cross-functional teams. Communicates dates to meets all established deadlines. Conducts site visits as needed.
– Participates in schematic construction drawing reviews
– Contact vendors for Tech Support/Warranty Service for stores.
– Review and analyze store lease agreement related design and construction.
– Visit construction sites and report on work progress.

Summary of Experience
– CAD drafting using AutoCAD
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
– Bachelors degree required in related field
