    Role Description and Responsibilities:
    • Manage operative daily activities locally within assigned responsibility.
    • Lead and coach personnel within own team.
    • Implement assigned actions in order to meet the set targets.
    • Ensure the development of the personnel within assigned team.
    • Work in accordance with business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
    • Cooperate and interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
    • Coordinate single and/or standard Field Service work orders.
    • Plan activities, resources, spare parts, costs and time schedule for work order.
    • Coordinate people when assigned on a work order and when not assigned.
    Act as contact person for customer during the work order.
    • Act as escalated Customer Contact for Sales Orders and Quotations
    • Follow-up and report the status of the work order to customer or relevant internal stakeholders.
    • Report handling (Monitoring / Follow-up) Identify and report possible improvement areas in the way of working (system or otherwise)
    • Handle customer complaints
    • Ensure smooth operations with parts requirements received from Sales, Contracts & Projects, Workshop & Field Services
    • Look into further improvements of processes and procedures, and ensure these are clearly instructed and implemented and reviewed regularly

    Education and Work Experience:
    • Associates degree in related field. Some experience preferred.

    Salary Range:
    • Negotiable/Based on qualification and work experience.
