GAMEVIL USA, Inc., a global leader in smartphone and social games is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as a mobile game Customer Support Representative. This is a part-time/full time position in El Segundo, CA.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle incoming inquiries from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Responsible for compiling data and generating reports
• Work closely with development team to ensure quality service provided to users
• Analyze and compile new and on-going issues in the service
• Provide timely feedback to the respective teams regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Play key role in the community development and retentionRequirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to research and find suitable answers on any topics
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Basic understanding of information technologies, such as office applications and email
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities
• Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
• Strong time management skill
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Might need to work on weekendsPreferred Skills:
• Experience in video game industry as a game master or customer service representative is a plus
• Familiarity with various online/mobile games such as role-playing, fantasy and sports
