uJoynus is seeking a Bilingual Korean Quality Control & Development Support Specialist for a rapidly growing plastic resin manufacturing company. The leading producer of engineering plastic resin, the company places its customers as top priority. Position Overview:
The Quality Control & Development Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to manufacturing areas on quality issues and assisting in the development process of new product samples.

Responsibilities:
* Approve incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products based on specifications
* Prepare and approve new SOP (standard operation procedures)
* Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
* Make suggestions regarding how to improve the quality control process
* Review all vendor documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, test plan, and purchase orders
* Maintain lab equipment and perform timely calibration
* Responsible for maintaining the requirements of the ISO/TS 16949
* Review and recommend changes to current product development processes

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering degree required; mechanical and industrial degree preferred)
* Ability to communicate in English and Korean (Strong emphasis on English skills!)
* Familiarity with root-cause analysis and SPC a plus!
* Ability to read instruction manuals, blue prints, and specifications
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Acute attention to detail
* Strong computer skills (MS office, especially Excel)
