Joynus Staffing is seeking an General Affairs Specialist is bilingual in Korean and English to join a tier one Hyundai/KIA supplier who specializes in automotive floor carpet. The company has production network of over 50 bases from Asia, America and Europe, and its customer focused mindset ensures the utmost quality of products.

Responsibilities
* Translation/Interpretation
* Prepare documents and reports
* Organize and maintain documents and files
* Work on tasks related to finance/accounting as assigned
* Greet, refer and assist visitors as needed
* Perform other tasks as required

Requirements
* Bilingual in Korean and English
* Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Word and Excel
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (non-major specific)
* Previous experience with finance and accounting is a plus!
* Punctuality and commitment to be a team player
* Strong follow up skills
* Self-Starter
