-Reports to:Production Manager
-Purpose of the position:Maintain Machines to help operation run properly

-Main Duties and Tasks
•Manage preparation for daily production
•Maintain equipment & Facilities in the plant
•Quality assurance for production within the plant
•Repair machines & equipment for production
•Facility (Machines & equipments) inspection for maintenance planning
•Check potential risk elements & prevent
•Maintain mechanic parts (Includes purchasing)
•Innovation activities for WB plant (Increase BPM & etc)
•Production meeting for labor and production control planning
•Manage Weekly & Monthly production order
•Material Requirement Check for production
•Prepare Samples
•Facility innovation activity support

Qualifications/skills for the job:

-Education:Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
-Related Work Experience:Production experience preferred
-Language Skills:Bilingual(English/Korean)
-Other Required Skills:Must be able to achieve skills needed by the team. Must possess or be willing to achieve mechanical, environmental operations skill blocks within a reasonable agreed to time frame. Proficient skills in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) is required
