VP of Business Development: (Hospital / Healthcare Industry)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides leadership in coordination and monitoring of the strategic business plans in the area of contract negotiation to include; ACO, ACA and Medi/Medi initiatives.
* Screen potential business deals through analysis of market strategies, deal requirements, program financials, evaluate options, resolve internal priorities, and recommend direction.
* Assist corporate management team in implementation of various biotech and pharma projects.
* Develop budgets for the provision of marketing and public relations activities and collaborates on the development of capital/operating budgets for strategic initiatives within the organization.
* Collaborates with executive leadership to maximize revenue generation and strategic partnerships development.
Minimum Requirements:
* Requires five years of prior management experience in a business development setting in a hospital or healthcare facility or system.
* A bachelor’s degree in relevant healthcare field (Marketing, Public Relations, etc) is required; master’s degree preferred.
* Bilingual fluency in English and Korean, both written and oral.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements and hospital policies and procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, (especially Excel), as well as Outlook.
