Support Technician    Location: Greater
Los Angeles, CA

Position Description:

Biospace Inc has revolutionized the industry of body
composition through the latest and most advanced technology.

We are looking for an IT Support Technician who will provide
software product support to our clients, manage an online ecommerce website,
and maintain system servers, networks, desktops and applications.

A good candidate for the position will have a broad
understanding of current technologies, excellent customer service skills, and a
desire to be a long term member of our team. Candidates must be able to work
independently on multiple task and projects while maintaining a professional
look and attitude on the occasional on-site service.

Additional
responsibilities include:

-Perform routine preventative maintenance on computer systems
as needed

-Provide training and support for proper use of installed
software applications, telephonic and communication systems

-Respond to questions or problems in person or via telephone

-Setup and configure all new and relocated desktops.

-Manage and monitor ecommerce site 

Requirement:

To be considered for this role, the candidates must meet the
following criteria:

-At least 6 months experience in Software and Hardware
skills, Deskside Support

-Good phone support and people skills

-Server skills Windows Server 2003, 2008, Domain
controllers, AD, GPO, IIS, DFS, DNS.

-Good experience with networks, firewalls, routers, printer
setups, backups.

-Must be insurable and have a valid US driver’s license

-Fluent in Korean

Additional Skills “not required” but preferred:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

-MSCE, CCNA, Sonicwall, MS Exchange, C#, MS SQL, HL7, HIPAA
compliance
