We are looking for experienced System Monitoring and Incident Management Specialist to join our Client Support Team.
INTERDEV was founded in 2000 to provide IT consulting and enterprise solutions to multi-national enterprises and domestic and foreign governments.
Location: Irvine, California
Key Role/Responsibility:
– Monitoring client’s service transaction to ensure the service continuity
– Monitoring an application by leveraging the existing performance monitoring tools
– Lead incident management process to address and escalate incident to support trouble shoot in the defined manner
Mandatory Requirements:
– Must be a legal resident (US Green Card Holder or US Citizen).
– Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which DOES NOT require now in the future sponsorship by the employer for a US visa.
Minimum Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
– UNIX/Windows environment knowledge (Intermediate Level)
– Networking and Server Infrastructure knowledge (Intermediate Level)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Recommended:
– Corporate Helpdesk Experience
– Bilingual (English and Korean)
