    1. Position: Regional Kitchen Manager

    3. Management Locations: Western Branch, 6th Street Branch, Garden Grove Branch, and Cerritos Mall Branch

    4. Monthly Salary: DOE + with medical, dental and vision benefits

    6. Requirements:

    1. *Prefer an experienced in pastry and cake

    2. *Spanish speaker preferred

    3. *Bilingual in English and Korean

    1. Duties & Responsibilities

    1. *Plan a weekly & monthly production schedule

    2. *R & D in production

    3. *Conduct a periodic inventory and calculate cost of material and selling price

    4. *Oversee the production at branch stores

    5. *Train & supervise production employees at branch stores

    6. *Manage kitchen managers at stores and production employees

    7. *Report periodic production schedule with results
