Job Description:
•Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings
•Manage the distribution of office correspondence and incoming calls
•Provide general support for other administrative duties, and execute professional and personal needs as assigned
•Managing all day-to-day related activities, including cross-functional project management and
implementation, creative development and business analyses
•Completing all forms and paperwork
Qualifications:
•Education: B.A. or B.S.
•Language: Bilingual (Korean & English)
•Excellent communication, oral and written, in both languages
•Legally authorized to work in the US
•1-2 Years experiences preferred
Desired Skills:
•Strong organization skills
•Very good interpersonal skills
•Accounting experience is preferred
