Analyze the competitive status of brand performance in key account channel and capture new business opportunities.
Develop and implement the most effective strategies/ initiatives/ action program based on key account channel specific needs.
Closely monitor the KPI(key performance indicators) of convenience channel performance and ensure agreed KPIs per branch are achieved.
Provide direct/indirect subordinates with the necessary coaching and supervision for the improvement of their performances on-going basis.
Submission of periodic activity report including the competitive environments in key account channel.
Maintain standard compliance guideline to clarify basic installation rule and avoid confusion for better display situation.
Ensure and evaluate expense status of key account channel and report it periodically to sales director for monitoring sales performance and the expense.
Optimize the route plan and coverage of key account sales activities per sales representatives while redefining call coverage if necessary to cope with the competitions.▣ Requirements
– 7 ~ 15 yrs Experiences
– FMCG Market experiences
– Key Account Mgr, Trade marketing experience
– Strategic sales planning knowledge
– Good Logical thinking, Analysis , PT
