    Responsibilities

     

     ·    Responsible for Free Rental terminal deployment cycle

    ·         Maintains weekly inventory check of terminals and supplies

    ·         Answer calls from merchants/agents

    ·         Troubleshoot terminal problems over the phone

    ·         Input daily shipping, free rental replacement and supply orders

    ·         Responsible for maintaining inventory levels

    ·         Communication with free rental department regarding any return of free rental and status of the terminal

    ·         Responsible for processing returned terminals and terminal repairs

     

    Skills

    ·         Ability to work accurately under pressure

    ·         Knowledge of spreadsheets and basic computers

    ·         Have knowledge of terminal downloading and encryption process is a huge plus

    ·         Bilingual in Korean
