Jr. In-House CounselCorporate law experience is required, along with knowledge of and general experience in business matters. Possession of strong drafting, negotiating, administrative and interpersonal skills is also of great importance.
Corporate counsel will work closely with outside lawyers with a broad range of legal and administrative issues:Examples:
Corporate governance
Intellectual property (inc. trademark registrations)
Programming and content licensing
Commercial contracts
Compliance mattersJob Requirements:
Admission to NJ bar is a plus
2-5 years experience at corporate law firm.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills.We sponsor H1b.
