▣ Responsibility
* Controlling
– Support Controlling Mgr.& the Local CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
– Prepare yearly budgeting and quarterly forecast
– Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reporting
– Interpret the company’s overall operation to local management
– Communicate with HQ and Regional office
– Review, analyze and control Budget vs Actual
– Communicate and provide qualitative commentary to HQ
– Prepare Ordinary General Meeting of Members (OGMM)
– Manage local insurance program by global insurance programs
– Perform other activities or special projects as assigned by management or direct manager
* Legal part
– Prepare or review contracts
– Protect Trademark License and IP
– Prepare legal document for lawsuits
– Conduct any task in relation to notary public and other ad-hoc task
▣ Requirments
– Around 5~6 years of experience in finance and accounting functions
– Planning & Anal. Experiences
– Majored in Business administration or Accounting
– Financial and managerial accounting knowledge
– Fluent communication skills in English (Spoken and Written)
– Hyperion and SAP experience is preferred
– Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, Great communication and team working skills are a must
