    Full-time, entry level Office Admin /HR Assistant Needed 
    Location : Downtown LA 

    Responsibility : 
    • Assisting HR Managers in day to day operations 
    • Assisting HR Manager in store scheduling, payroll and recruiting 
    • Assisting HR Manager in other related duties as needed 
    • General office/administrative task 

    Qualification 
    • Exceptional telephone etiquette 
    • Great Communication skill & attitude 
    • Must be organized, detail oriented, punctual, professional, responsible, honest, and able to multi-task 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and in computer 
    • B.A Degree is a + 
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
