Administrative Support and Strategic Planning (Bilingual)

Hanwha L&C Composite R&D Center – Michigan

Position Summary

Hanwha L&C Corporation is a subsidiary of Hanwha Group, one of the ten largest corporations in Korea. Hanwha L&C specialized in producing high performance materials used in the automotive, solar and electronics industries with annual sales of $1.4 billion and more than 2,000 employees globally. Hanwha L&C has recently established Composite R&D Center in Michigan to expand its product portfolio and is looking for skilled candidates with experience in administrative support and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

· Facilitate all activities of Composite R&D Center including creating strategic market research reports and weekly reports, planning, translations, etc.

· Participate in research and analysis of materials/technologies/companies for potential M&A, partnership, development opportunities

· Respond to requests from other departments of Hanwha L&C

· Coordinate travel & reservations for executives, corporate headquarters management, and US management team

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in science/engineering preferred, but not required

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

· 3-5 years job related experience preferred

· Knowledge in composite materials industry is plus

· Knowledge of MS office Professional is required

· Must be able to read, write and speak fluent Korean/English

Additional Information:

· Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign)

· Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility
