Brand Communications Associate Manager, Growth Categories (Bilingual Korean/English)

Reports to: Director of Brand Marketing, Home EntertainmentResponsibilities:
- Develop communication strategies for each major product subsegment; Prioritize message points for each subsegment, and prioritize subsequent communication across entire business segment; Enroll key stakeholders across organization (including Senior U.S. management, Sales Leadership, HQ / Product Management counterparts) in communications plan / priorities
- Lead cross-functional integrated marketing team for business segment including key Product Management counterpart and functional personnel across In-Store Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Consumer Activation / Sponsorship functional areas. Also, work across business segments with other key stakeholders to merge into comprehensive marketing communications plan across total LG brand.
- Develop and implement marketing programs to build the LG brand and drive the business segment; Implement integrated marketing plan to extend core communication strategies across all elements of marketing mix, including advertising, online, in-store, PR and consumer activation / promotional platforms.
- Lead development of annual communications plan (and adjust throughout calendar year as necessary)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree required
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in consumer marketing or closely related field.
- Experience in traditional brand management function strongly desired. Industry experience may vary from consumer durable goods to consumer packaged goods, financial services, etc.
- Travel domestic and international location
- Must be bilingual Korean/English
