    Open Position 1 : 다국적제약기업 마케팅 매니저(소화기)

    [주요 업무 내용]

    ·         Direct the activities of the marketing group for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit, and market share through analysis on market and competitors.

    ·         Assist in establishing, and coordinating the marketing objectives, policies and programs within the context of the overall Division plan.

    ·         Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts and ensure they are presented in a timely manner.

    ·         Monitor and evaluate the performance and the efficiency of staff and procedures.  Coordinate direct reports to optimize the use of resources to achieve goals.

    ·         Assist in the development of initiatives such as new products, new marketing techniques, new promotional campaigns and the dropping of unprofitable products..

    ·         Ensure Marketing group activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures.

    ·         Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.

    ·         Make an effective decision based on market changes & competitor activities when necessary.

    ·         Effectively communicate both upward & downward.

    [Requirement]

    • Four-year college degree.
    • More than 8 years related sales and marketing experience.
    • Fluent knowledge of gastroenterology
    • Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
    • Must be proficient in spoken and written English.

     

    Open Position 2 : 다국적 제약회사 _ 마케팅PM(Product Manager)

    [Job Description]

    Ÿ   Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution. 

    Ÿ   Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development.

    Ÿ   Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.

    Ÿ   Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets. 

    Ÿ   Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.

    Ÿ   Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products, and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives.

    Ÿ   Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards. 

    Ÿ   Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.

    Ÿ   Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals.

    [Requirement]

    Ÿ   Four-year college degree – Preferably  in a Business or Science Discipline or equivalent.

    Ÿ   Minimum 3-6 years related Sales and Marketing experience.

    Ÿ   Preferred working experience in multinational pharmaceutical company

    Ÿ   Good command of computer-based programs including spreadsheets and graphics.

    Ÿ   Good command of English.

     

    Open Position 3 : 다국적 제약회사 _ 종병영업담당(2~4)

    [Job Description]

    Ÿ   Conduct basic negotiations with customers regarding terms of sales.

    Ÿ   Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.

    Ÿ   Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

    Ÿ   Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.

    Ÿ   Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure that the companys products are meeting their requirements where possible.

    Ÿ   Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.

    Ÿ   Introduce new products to customers.

    Ÿ   Represent the company in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards

    [Requirement]

    Ÿ   Four-year college degree.

    Ÿ   Two to four years of professional Sales experience in pharmaceutical company.

    Ÿ   Must be proficient in reading English at a minimum.
