Position : HR staff
Location : Hogansville, GA (Interstate highway Exit #28)
Position Summary
1. Manage and maintain employee files, explain and communicate company policies and benefits to Employees.
2. Investigate and resolve employee concerns regarding benefits, policies or issues within the company.
3. Participate and create Team Motivation activities.
4. Interview candidates for open positions. .
Position Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word along with strong PC skills.
3. Biligual English/Korean with English as First Language.
