Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
– Collaborates with the management to develop, recommend and implement corporate-wide HR process including performance management, employee development, organizational development, internship, recognition, and compensation.
– Collaborates with recruitment to anticipate, facilitate and participate in staffing within business units.
– Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee performance & engagement
– Employee relations and regulatory compliance.
– Manager training, coaching and development.
– Employee orientation, development, training.
– Employee communications and team/morale building initiatives
– Compensation and benefits administration.
Requirement/Skills:
– Significant business acumen and experience building and implementing innovative, creative programs from the ground up for a rapidly growing company.
– Broad knowledge and experience in compensation, benefits, organizational planning, organization development, process and policy development, employee relations, and training and development.
– Ability to juggle multiple projects across multiple areas of the company.
– Deep understanding of federal and state employment laws.
– Demonstrated ability to partner with the management team to provide organizational leadership and direction.
– Well-developed team building and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience and confidence, to effectively address sensitive HR issues.
Basic Qualification:
– Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Minimum of 5 Years of experience in HR Management
– Fluent in Korean & English required
Preferred Qualification:
– 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources position.
– Well-developed problem analysis and resolution skills, with ability to exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
