Retail super chain is looking for a Wholesale Sales Associate/Assistant Manager at our headquarters in Cerritos, CA. Listed below are brief descriptions of the roles and responsibilities for this position.

Essential Role & Responsibilities
1. Develop customer Matrix-customer profiles: history, organization, management, credit risk assessment
2. Develop contact list of customers
3. Manage customer relationships : Sales Presentations, Meetings & Products, Price and Service Requirements
4. On the ground negotiations with customer for selling price, terms and etc
5. Conscience of managing pricing across customers and channels to ensure consistency and delivery on individual and/or overall margins are achieved
6. Determine and Coordinate Agents and/or Distributors
7. Sales, Margin and Expense Budget
8. Regular communications with manager at Emart America Inc. and Emart Korea.
9. Customer conflict resolution

Qualifications
1. Permanent Residence or US Citizenship
2. Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA)
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Korean
4. Sales experience
5. Purchasing experience preferred
6. Familiarity with Korean and Asian consumer, distributor, and competitor products and service needs and wants
7. Experience working in multicultural environment
Salary Range: Negotiable/ Based on qualification and work experience (Max. $70,000)
