간단히 저희 회사 소개해 드리면, 모기업은 대만의 Himax Technology 이고 현재 나스닥 상장 업체이며, 매출 규모는 > $700M 입니다. 저희 회사에서는 휴대폰 및 모바일 기기들을 위한 Image sensor을 개발하는 회사이며 현재 대만에 본사가 있고, 미국 어바인에 R&D center가 있습니다. 이곳에는 현재 30여명의 인력이 있고 제가 Manager로 있는 Analog & Layout group는 총 6명이 있습니다. 현재 한명의 아날로그 회로 설계 엔지니어와 한명의 Layout Engineer을 뽑고 있습니다.
Position1: Mixed-Signal & Analog IC Design (Intern or Entry Level)
Himax Imaging Incorporated is a fabless semiconductor company that develops CMOS image sensors and System-on-Chip (SOC) solutions for mobile handsets, consumer electronics and surveillance camera markets. Building upon decades of industry experience, our CMOS image sensor solutions are compact, feature-rich and designed to capture still images and video with excellent quality at high frame rates.
Currently, we seek a Mixed-Signal Design Intern who has strong fundamentals in Analog/Mixed Signal Design. Description:
Under the supervision of the Mixed-Signal Manager, the intern performs basic Mixed-Signal Design responsibilities related to CMOS Image Sensor, such as ADC, DAC, Programmable Gain Amplifier, etc. Minimum
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in the last year of BSEE/MSEE program or within one year of graduation from such program.
• Knowledge of switch-capacitor circuit design and layout.
• Knowledge of ADC, PLL, DAC and Voltage Reference design.
• Understanding of submicron CMOS process is plus
• CAD tools such as HSPICE, HSIM, Cadence, XA, Matlab is plus
• Knowledge in Good design methodology following top down design approach is plus
• Team player with good communication and documentation skills.
Position2: Layout Design Intern or Entry Level or Senior
Description:
Under the supervision of one or several Engineers, the intern performs basic engineering layout responsibilities such as analog or mixed signal circuit layout design and verification.
Minimum Requirements:
• For Intern or Entry Level: Currently enrolled in the last year of BSEE/MSEE program or within one year of graduation from such program.
• Familiarity with layout tools such as Laker, Cadence Virtuoso and verification tools such as Calibre, DRC/LVS/LPE.
• Knowledge in how to navigate schematic editors such as Cadence Composer.
