    Responsibilities

    ·         Responsible for displaying your passion for issue resolution and customer service, by engaging and supporting your customers

    ·         Provide an exceptional customer experience

    ·         Use your credit card processing and financial knowledge to help customers resolve their issues

    ·         Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills

    ·         Be flexible based on business and client priorities

    ·         Be competent on the computer – working with lots of windows and client systems to ensure you’re relaying the right info

    ·         And Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

     

    ·         High school diploma requires;

    ·         Bilingual in Korean required;

    ·         Experience in merchant services industry preferred;

    ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

    ·         Committed to meeting company standards;

    ·         Previous customer service experience is preferred;

    ·         Organized with attention to detail;

    ·         Professional attitude and dependable;

    ·         Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong follow-through skills;

    ·         Ability to maintain calm under pressure;

    ·         Proficient with Microsoft Office; and

     

     

    Salary

    Commensurate with experience.
