    Responsibilities

    · Responsible for maintaining/analyzing monthly management reports, AR and AP.

    · Compile and analyze shipping and purchasing information to prepare entries to ledger accounts.

    · Prepare financial statements, and compare actual costs to expected costs and then make recommendations for cost-control measures.

    · Preparing monthly management reports and assisting in controlling budgets, forecasting, and planning (yearly management planning).

    · Analyzing budget vs. actual spending.

    · Assisting in preparing yearly management plans, performing account reconciliations, and accurately prepare schedules, account analyses and reconciliation.

    · Compile and analyze shipping and purchasing information to prepare entries to ledger accounts.

    · Prepare financial statements, and compare actual costs to expected costs and then make recommendations for cost-control measures.

    Requirements

    · BS in Accounting or Finance

    · Effective PC skills in WordPerfect, MS Excel and Power Point, Word, Access

    · Familiarity with integrated/automated accounting systems would be extremely helpful

    · SAP Experience plus

    · Fluent in English & Korean
