For the Analyst positions, they are looking for the
individual to possess Technical Analyst expertise, primarily to interpret
business requirements and design an effective solution from a technical
perspective.  Internal knowledge of Loan IQ tables and their relationships is a
must, as is the ability to write SQL and source information from the database in
order to provide data mapping information and generation of prototype data
during the Functional Specification process. 

Key deliverables out of this process is data mapping
documents, a Functional Design Specification and mock-ups where required.  The
FSD would contain test scenarios, but a different group actually creates those
scripts.
