    Subject: Korean speaking electrical engineer

Our office is working with Heery providing program management for a Korean company building a process plant in Fort Dodge, Iowa.  They have a need for electrical engineering to integrate process designs with plant electrical service and distribution to US standards, which may include converting concepts from existing Korean plant drawings to US standard voltages and construction materials and methods.  One of the significant hurdles our PM team has encountered is communicating with the Korean client representative.

Do we have any Korean, or Korean speaking, project managers, or electrical engineers who might be able to assist with this effort?  The ideal candidate to help win the electrical component of the work, would be a lead electrical engineer who speaks Korean, and is willing to travel periodically to Fort Dodge, Iowa.  While temporary location in Iowa would be desirable, the ability to communicate effectively with the client PM would outweigh the location.  A well seasoned non-electrical engineer could also benefit the project serving as an interface with the client PM.

We have already reached out to our offices in Korea, and I plan to inquire with Vincent Tse as well.

Please advise at your earliest convenience as PB/Heery is meeting with the client on Monday.
