The Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible to possess a high level of knowledge and skill required to facilitate breakthrough improvements in key processes.2. This leader will be required to effectively interact across all levels in the organization, especially with Senior Management.3. He / She will be responsible for ensuring that the Six Sigma methodologies are being effectively administered while delivering qualitybusiness results.4. He / She spends 100% of time leading Six Sigma projects and mentoring part-time Green Belt resources under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Six Sigma.5. Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels.6. Promote and lead change by shifting paradigms, challenging the status quo and demonstrating sustainable results from Six Sigma projects[Requirement]1. Six Sigma BB Certified by a reputable source2. Over 7 – 8 years’ experiences in a Six Sigma management role that impacted customer results in a financial services environment.3. Operations management experience highly desirable.4. At least five projects completed and five projects coached5. Expert knowledge of Minitab, Microsoft Office and Visio6. Knowledge of quality concepts, terminology, and tools Strong Analytical skills7. Leadership, negotiation and team building skills8.
