Marketing and market research: Develop an effective market research tool to gauge the brand position for the food chains within NYC, and recommend/implement marketing ideas and plans for short-term and long-term brand awareness within NYC and beyond.

Site development and construction management: Work under the direction of senior management to assist with site development and all phases of construction management.

Menu Research and development: Work with company’s operation’s team to research the menu trends in NYC and major cities in the US, and recommend necessary adjustments to company’s menu items. Coordinate all menu and recipe-related changes with company’s operation’s team and store management.

Manage and monitor all project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain, adjust and update project plans as needed. Consolidate, communicates and ensures resolution of all issues. Ensure all affected management, team members and third parties are informed of the project progress in a timely manner.

Long-term strategic planning: Assist senior management with the company’s long-term strategic planning needs. Work on developing long-term expansion plans for domestic and international expansion for company’s brand including franchise development.

Provide cross functional assistance to all senior management and operation’s team as needed.
