    Project Manager Position

    Fast growing gourmet sandwich chain company (currently 15 stores and expanding) is looking for an enegetic and innovative personality who can lead market research and expansion in New York city and beyond.

    Areas of responsibilities:

    1. Marketing and market research: Develop an effective market research tool to gauge the brand position for the food chains within NYC, and recommend/implement marketing ideas and plans for short-term and long-term brand awareness within NYC and beyond.

    2. Site development and construction management: Work under the direction of senior management to assist with site development and all phases of construction management.

    3. Menu Research and development: Work with company’s operation’s team to research the menu trends in NYC and major cities in the US, and recommend necessary adjustments to company’s menu items. Coordinate all menu and recipe-related changes with company’s operation’s team and store management.

    4. Manage and monitor all project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain, adjust and update project plans as needed. Consolidate, communicates and ensures resolution of all issues. Ensure all affected management, team members and third parties are informed of the project progress in a timely manner.

    5. Long-term strategic planning: Assist senior management with the company’s long-term strategic planning needs. Work on developing long-term expansion plans for domestic and international expansion for company’s brand including franchise development.

    6. Provide cross functional assistance to all senior management and operation’s team as needed.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bilingual English and Korean: Must be fluent in both English and Korean written and verbal communication

    2. Excellent communication skills: Must possess outstanding communication skills to be able to communicate effectively across the organization and with all internal and external clients

    3. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communication, business development, business analysis or hospitality branding

    4. Outstanding project management skills

    5. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    6. Ability to define objectives, scope and resources for projects

    7. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to articulate and present clearly to both Korean and English speakers
