* 3+ years experience with C# and ASP.Net framework 3.5/4.0 (Visual Studio 2008, 2010)
* 3+ years experience with MS SQL server 2005, 2008
* Knowledge of OOP and Software management
* Experience with Windows Mobile application (.Net Compact Framework)
* Understanding and implementation with MVC
* HTML, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS and XML
* Store procedure and SQL programming
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be a team player and well organized person

# java Developer
* 3+ years experience with Java Development, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JAX-WS/RS, Tiles, JUnit, JSP, Servlet, JSTL, JDBC
* Knowledge of OOP, Design Pattern, and Software management
* HTML, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS and XML
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good analysis and problem solving skills
* Must be a team player and well organized person
