Systems Engineer
YNK Interactive, the US subsidiary of YNK Korea, a publisher and distributor of online games, is seeking an experienced SYSTEMS ENGINEER. We have a newly established office here in the US so this is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing organization and directly impact the direction of its growth.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is able to work as a team player as well as independently. This individual will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and overall operating system of servers; set up of each server and network’s various functions; troubleshoot; network security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Design, construct, execute, and improve modules
Debugging and managing network server
Preferred Experience and familiarity with:
1) Windows Server 2003, Linux(redhat)
2) Minimum 2yrs experience with Windows Server 2003
3) Experience with Windows Server 2003 Active Directory, WSUS 3.0 setup
4) Windows Server 2003 Backup or Restoration.
Previous experience setting up online game systems/operation systems
Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Make sound judgment decisions
Strong communication skills
Quick thinker/responsible
Bilingual English/Korean helpful
Able to travel abroad
