KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Personal assistant to the President. Handles administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
2. Prepares VISA issues for all current and future MOBIS team members.
3. Prepares expense reimbursements for President.
4. Coordinate passport process for all team members.
5. Provide administrative support to HOD’s as needed.
6. Assists the HR Coordinator with special projects.
7. Coordinates any activities relating to VIP’s from Korea.
8. Sets up conference rooms for company meetings, to include food and beverages.
9. Ensures that any necessary equipment such as audio and visual equipment is available and working properly.
10. Tracks any visitors coming to MOBIS on temporary assignment, to include start date, ending date and position.
11. Communicate temporary assignment information to all appropriate staff members.
12. Coordinates the purchase of vehicle for team members’ discounts.
13. Assist Korean visitors with travel and accommodation needs.
14. Assist Korean team members and their families with special needs while in the U.S as needed.
15. May assist with coordination of any temporary or permanent relocation activities for Korean staff members.
16. Perform all other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BS degree in business or related field
SPECIAL SKILLS
• Bilingual Korean and English language skills required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate orally and written.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate teamwork.
• Good personal computer skills and the ability to use office equipment.
