M+D Properties is a real estate development company. It is located in Lynwood, California. The current mixed-use project in Buena Park requires a lot of creative ideas to improve user experience and interaction at the facility as well as to generate more revenues. The examples are touchscreen kiosks, LED floor, 3d projection, hologram and etc. We are looking for an individual who can assist in researching on newest technologies that will add a layer to architectural design. This role will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams in planning, designing and developing the user experience, which will eventually make the project most advanced in technology and user interaction.
Responsibilities:
– Research new technologies and interactive architecture/information architecture available
– Develop creative ideas to make the project unique
– Work closely with a marketing firm and IT firm to define what kind of interactive media or interactive architecture will be implemented
– Stay on top of newly developed digital technologies
Requirements:
– Tech savvy and creative
– Background in media art or interactive architecture/IT
– Currently enrolled in university or BS in related field
– Be able to report on a daily basis with new findings and ideas
– Permanent resident/Citizen
– Must be fluent in Korean and English
