    Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Korean, English, and/or Spanish)

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Reports to: CRM Director/Supervisor

    Objective: LG Hausys America, Inc. a subsidiary of LG Hausys Ltd in South Korea is looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Corporate office in Atlanta, GA.     Role Description and Responsibilities:

    • Receives customer request or inquires via telephone or email.
    • Analyses requests, transactions, adjustments, and records of customers in assigned region(s).
    • Provides information requested by customers or reroutes requested information to the proper contact.
    • Traces order status in collaboration with the Logistics department.
    • Resolves customer inquiries, questions to related orders.
    • Receives, documents, and enters orders as requested.
    • Serves as a liaison with other departments for proper order completion.
    • Coordinates with customers for orders, catalog mailings, samples ordering, and price quotations as required.
    • Building and maintain customer relations for general data and order up keeping.
    • Obtain knowledge of product line, pricing, delivery schedules, logistical objectives, marketing services and promotions, and miscellaneous data.
    • Classify information according to content or purpose
    • Use oral or written communication techniques
    • Ability to use MS Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Maintain records, reports, or files
    • Manager inventories and supplies

    Education and Work Experience:

    • High School/G.E.D educational level
    • One (1) to two (2) years of customer service training and experience are necessary.

    Salary Range:
    -Negotiable/Based on qualification and work experience.
