    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Work with the CIO and develop IT short term and long-term strategies that are aligned with business goals and objectives.

    Work with IT managers and CIO, and manage important IT led meetings
    such as IT Steering Committee Meeting, Interlock Meeting, IT Manager
    Meeting, etc. to identify, track, and close any IT related issues.
    • Develop, prepare, and analyze contracts, RFIs and/or RFPs

    Establish IT quality performance and operational performance metrics
    and the KPI to measure these metrics. Produce and maintain a dashboard
    presentation of these metrics for monitoring and management.

    Responsible for IT Financial management process (i.e. Budgeting, Cost
    Management, Resource Utilization) to provide clear understanding on IT
    spending and return on IT investments
    • Working with the
    infrastructure service management team, improve overall IT Asset
    management and Inventory control process for both domestic and
    international locations to register and keep tracking of IT Hardware and
    Software, update the existing inventory with latest end-user
    information on a regular basis and amortize the existing asset to its
    lifetime
    • Working with other IT managers and/or business managers
    across the entire organization, improve overall IT Procurement
    management process for both domestic and international locations
    including development and execution of sourcing initiatives across
    technology spend categories: Hardware, Software, Telecom/ Bandwidth, IT
    Staff Augmentation / Professional Services (labor), other categories as
    assigned.
    • Investigate and identify areas of cost saving
    opportunities in all of 3rd party vendor contracts with a strong focus
    on telecommunication services
    • Contribute to the strategic plan through innovative ideas on how to improve support processes while reducing costs.
    • Identify and/or implement cost savings opportunities throughout the whole IT organization.

    Responsible for IT Training, Career development plan management process
    to develop a high morale IT competency environment where IT resources
    work with right skills-set and clear direction on IT career roadmap.

    Responsible for Customer feedback management and IT Communications
    management process to maintain high level of end-user satisfaction

    Supervisory Responsibilities
    No supervisory responsibility. This is a functional manger position with no direct reports.

    Qualifications
    To

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    required. Master’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information
    Systems, or MBA a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Information
    Technology (IT) industry with 2 years experience on IT strategy and
    operations functions preferred.
    • Leadership experience in a complex, multi-cultural, matrix management organization.
    • Experience managing multiple projects a plus.
    • Healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred.
    • Familiarity with Project Management principles, PMP a plus.
    • Strong ITSM background required – ITIL Foundation Certificate a plus.
    • Six Sigma Awareness (Green Belt an asset) a plus.
    • HIPAA Compliance experience a plus.
    • Global market experience a plus.
