    Position: Service Part Management

    Location: Carlsbad, CA                                                                

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Parts/Material forecasting and sourcing
         – Update parts management sheet weekly (in/out/inventory/back order/turnover rate)
         – Forecast Parts/material with NPI list
         – PO creation
         – Backorder management (with schedule)
    • Inventory control
         – Monitor parts in/out
         – Physical inventory control (‘0’ discrepancy): Monthly, 1h, 2h
         – Management of slow & non-moving parts, turnover rate
         – Parts re-balance (with slow and non-moving parts)
       
    • Waiting parts management
         – Minimize waiting parts list at WIP
         – Daily monitoring; list up and report with sourcing schedule to manager
         – Make weekly report with waiting parts
       
    • Reusable Parts management – reusable parts from repair scrap panels
         – Update Resusable parts management sheet
         – Summary of reusable parts result
       
    • Parts sales – sell parts to customer
         – New customer registration
         – Customer’s PO management (PO receipt, quotation management, supply)
         – AR overdue; f/up with AR team
       
    • Closing – monthly closing & trouble shooting
         – Make monthly PSI report and checking
    • FSC/ASC support – parts issue F/up
         – Monitor parts issues/problems at ASC/FSC
         – Sourcing support
       
    • Comply with the company’s policy and procedure
    • Other duties as assigned   

    Approximate % of Time Spent On Each:

             – Apply payments (30%)
             – Maintain aging (30%)
             – Delivery request (30%)
             – Reports (10%)

     

    Requirements:

             – 2+ experience in Manufacturing or service center environment
             – Bachelor’s degree preferred
             – Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with Oracle
             – Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
             – Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
             – Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized
             – Team worker, Good attitude, Energetic
             – Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
