[Job description]
1. Marketing & Sales
– Forecasting the target revenue for the coming year
– Preparing for the sales strategy and plan of action list
– Conducting market surveys and updating it regularly at databases
– Registering new products and launching them effectively
– Cooperating with Biochemical Reagents MKT specialists
– Participating the global marketing conference and live meeting
– Managing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Target
– Developing new customers & new items and expanding the market share ratio
– Taking cares of Key Accounts and maintaining strong relationship
– Maintaining the optimal level of stock
– Improving the reputation and recognition towards Company
2. Technical Support & Product Delivery
– Offering all of the proper information
– Managing complaints and solving them in wise ways
– Attending at regular Technical workshops
– Notifying the expected delivery date
– Arranging delivery services for the products to arrive on time or on promised date
[Requirement]
1. Requiring more than Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Chemistry
2. Demanding sales experiences in IVD Manufacturing industry for min 7 years
3. Advanced Knowledge in Molecular Biology, Bio-Chemistry and Immunology
4. Cross functional Leadership & Strategic Planning
5. Being good at English communication
