We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, reliable, hardworking, and honest with a positive attitude.
Full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank and GL reconciliations, billing, and other duties as assigned.

■ Job Summary

– Handles and supervises all aspects of Accounting & Finance functions including but not limited to, A/P, A/R, G/L, Month-end Closing and prepares Corporate Financial Statements.
– Supervises and manages high volume of e-commerce transactions and billings

 

■ Primary Responsibilities

Reconcile e-commerce transactions and billings.
Issue Invoices / Prepare monthly statements / Monthly bank reconciliation / Weekly check run
Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies

 

■ Requirements

– Proficient in MS Word and Excel
– Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus
– 2~5 years of recent, relevant accounting experience
– Fluency in Korean (Reading, Speaking/Listening) is a plus.
– Knowledge or experience in online gaming industry is welcomed.
